性骚扰 is the 'umbrella term' for acts of sexual misconduct which includes, but is not limited to:  non-consensual sexual intercourse, non-consensual sexual contact, sexual exploitation, dating or domestic violence, sex/gender-based stalking, quid pro sexual harassment, and sexual harassment that is severe, pervasive, and objectively offensive.

McLennan Community College utilizes the United States Code (U.S.C.) and State of Texas Code 定义.  对任何学生或员工的冒犯是禁止的，也不会被容忍。 Individuals aware of incidents involving sexual harassment or misconduct are encouraged to report the offense immediately to the 第九条 Coordinator and/or a 负责任的员工 or campus law enforcement officials.
