负责任的员工是任何有权采取行动纠正性暴力的员工，有责任向适当的学校官员报告性暴力事件或学生的任何其他不当行为，或者学生有理由相信有这种权力或责任的员工。

负责员工应：

1. Warn the student of the employee’s obligation to report any information the student reveals to the 第九条 Coordinator,
2. 向学生解释要求学校保密的选择，并且
3. 建议学生有能力与咨询、倡导、健康、心理健康或其他与性侵犯相关的资源分享这些信息，这些资源没有义务向第九条协调员报告。
