代理访问

  • 代理（以前称为FERPA同意书）允许学生将学术/财务信息发布给第三方，如亲戚，配偶，朋友，非新葡京平台伦南顾问或其他人。
  • 为个人注册Proxy，他们就可以拥有自己的学生计划登录权限，他们可以用它来查看你的教育记录。
  • 代理访问可以在任何时候通过学生计划分配和删除。 学生拥有自己的教育记录，不需要新葡京平台伦南社区学院分配任何个人代理访问。
  • 在没有代理访问的情况下，唯一可以访问学生教育记录的个人是具有合法教育利益的学校官员。 学校官员包括新葡京平台伦南的教职员工和所有合作机构的员工。
  • Any Individual that previously had “FERPA Consent” now has Proxy access.

  • 当分配代理访问时，个人会收到一封电子邮件，其中包含登录学生计划的说明。 This allows individuals with Proxy to access the student’s educational records at any time that they have Proxy access.
