If you are thinking about doing research that will involve human subject participants, please click the link for “常见问题.” 这可能有助于确定你的研究是否需要IRB审查。 After you have done this, fill out the form entitled “人类受试者研究清单” and submit it to the IRB Chair, Bradley Christian, at [email protected]. 这将被审查，无论IRB审查的决定如何，您都将被联系。

If it is determined that you will need IRB review of your proposal, you will need to complete the “Application for Human Subjects Research”, and the “知情同意书.” 填写申请表及知情同意书的指引有其他连结。 你在填写表格时应该使用这些指南。

When you have filled out an application and completed the Informed Consent, and completed PHRP training, fill out the form entitled “提交内部审查委员会申请的核对表” and follow the instructions for submitting your proposal.
