认证药物助理

这个140小时的课程将提供必要的信息和技能，为学生成为国家认证的药物助理和在医疗机构工作做好准备，在那里他/她将协助护士提供药物和病人护理。

The class will cover basic medication administration concepts, health care team responsibilities in medication administration, legal and ethical aspects, drugs’ effects on systems of the body, professionalism, communication skills, anatomy and physiology related to medication administration, safety and infection control, first aid and emergency care, common medication administration problems, special care concerns, and other health care topics.

药物助理在有执照的职业护士或注册护士的监督下工作。 任何希望在长期护理机构担任药物助理的人都需要参加药物助理培训课程。 在完成培训后，学生将尽快参加国家药物助理考试。

入学要求和/或先决条件

• Must be employed in a facility as a Nurse Aide   或 , employed as non-licensed direct patient care provider in a facility with 90 days during the 12-month period before the first day of course.
• 能够读、写、说和理解英语
• 至少18岁
• 无传染病，身心健康，能安全用药
• 由雇主签署并公证的《药物辅助经验表》，确认在课程第一天的就业状况。 学生必须在上课的第一天或之前被聘为医疗保健机构的直接病人护理提供者。
• 高中毕业证书，成绩单或GED公证
• Immunizations  (see Note 1)
• 药物筛选（注1）
• 在完成项目之前，需要向HHSC提交指纹（见注2）。

• 注1: 在进入卫生和人类服务继续教育部门的任何卫生保健课程之前，所有卫生保健学生将被要求出示乙型肝炎，水痘，麻疹，腮腺炎，风疹，白喉/破伤风的免疫证明，以及结核病皮肤测试或胸部x光证明。 除了免疫要求外，学生还必须提供药物筛查的结果； 至少10个面板或更多  （开课前30天内）
• 注2: 在完成该计划之前，学生的指纹将被做，这取代了背景调查。 The student will have to email [email protected] to receive a code to set up their fingerprints with IdentoGO. 由于指纹背景调查失败，新葡京平台伦南社区学院不负责建立指纹预约或退款。 Fingerprints can be done through IdentoGo once student has received their code from HHS.
