The 德州高等教育协调委员会 requires that courses offered for dual credit meet these criteria:
- The course is listed under either in the current 学术课程指南手册（ACGM） or the current 劳动力教育课程手册（WECM）.
- 该课程必须是学院目前开设的课程（在学院的“课程目录”中）。
- 课程不能是发展性的、补习性的或PHED的。
- 要获得双学分，课程必须属于以下类别之一：新葡京平台伦南核心课程，外语，国家批准的学习课程领域，或适用于行业认可的证书，证书或副学士学位的WECM课程。
