If you have completed the respective process and feel that your complaint remains unresolved and all other options are exhausted, you may file a student complaint through the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board (THECB) https://www.highered.texas.gov/student-complaints/. McLennan Community College is a member of the National Council for State Authorization Reciprocity Agreements (NC-SARA). For students enrolled in fully online academic programs, the student may appeal institutional decisions on complaints (not concerning grades or student conduct) to the NC-SARA policies and procedures site.
Rules for the THECB's Student Complaint Procedure can be found under TAC, Sections 1.110 — 1.120.
Additionally, student complaints may be submitted to the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools Commission on Colleges (SACSCOC) https://sacscoc.org/app/uploads/2020/01/ComplaintPolicy-1.pdf.
